What our employees are saying:

I’ve been with Mazzei Electric for over seven years, starting as an apprentice and now working as a journeyman. I’ve never felt the need to look elsewhere — Mazzei has always offered me new challenges and learning opportunities. Most of my time has been in the service department, which has taken me to places across Vancouver Island and beyond, which I really enjoy as I get to see and explore new places! The supportive team, inclusive culture, and variety of work have made Mazzei the best company I’ve worked for. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to grow their career in the electrical trade.”

What our employees are saying:

One of the things I’ve valued most about working at Mazzei is being part of the journey, when I started as an apprentice, there were just five of us. Now we’re over 300 strong, and it still feels like a tight-knit crew. I’ve grown with the company and worked my way up to superintendent, gaining experience on a wide range of commercial, residential, and institutional projects across B.C., from Nanaimo and Victoria to Whistler and Fort St. John. In 18 years, I’ve never had a day off I didn’t want, Mazzei has always kept me busy and supported my growth. There’s always something new to learn here, and the consistency, loyalty, and team spirit is what makes Mazzei a great place to build a career.”
